TuckerGardner were one of just four agents from hundreds of agents nationwide to be shortlisted for this year’s Technology & Online award at the annual Estate Agency Property Awards, sponsored by the Sunday Times.
Several years ago we could not find an off-the-shelf estate agency software product that would match the level of service that we committed to provide on behalf of all of our clients and so we decided to design our own. Working with Fluent, a fabulous Cambridge based web design and build consultancy, we have spent over four years refining and developing the system, which sits behind our website. This award, achieved in the face of entries from much larger companies with greater budgets, is hopefully testament to all of the hard work and suggests that we may be on the right path. However, sitting still is not an option and we continue to welcome any suggestions as to how we can improve the experience of using our website.
