We require a property manager to join our busy Cambridge office, based in Hills Road. This is an exceptionally interesting and varied role which builds to handling all aspects of a portfolio of 100+ properties. Everything from the initial viewing, referencing, inventory preparation, drafting of tenancy agreements, organising repairs, home visits – all the way through to the end of tenancy inspection and deposit return. It is about building relationships with landlords, who are our clients, and also tenants, who as the prime recipients of what we do are our customers.

Some previous experience would be beneficial but a proven history of solid administrative and customer service skills in a different industry will be considered as personality is the key driver for our recruitment. We need people people who care about what they do and who have the positive frame of mind to cope in what can sometimes be a difficult and pressured environment.

We offer in-house as well as formal ARLA training, a competitive salary commensurate with previous experience, parking and Haribo every Friday.
